Booking

All tours are subject to availability. After submitting your booking via our website https://www.naturetoursestonia.com we do our best to contact you (a representative of your group, here also as „User“) in 24 hours and confirm your booking or offer you other available dates. If for some reason your booking does not reach us and you do not get response in 24 h, please send a message by e-mail info@naturetoursestonia.com or contact via FB https://www.facebook.com/naturetoursestonia/

Cancellation

A confirmed reservation can be cancelled by the User at any time up to the moment of the actual event.

Payment

We don’t ask prepayment to book your tour. You can pay on the starting day in our office before the start of your tour. You can pay by VISA or Master Card through our secure card payment terminal, in cash or by bank transfer. For bank transfer we can send you the invoice via e-mail by your request and payment has to be received before the start of your tour.

Changes

All changes to confirmed tours are subject to availability and must be requested by the User at least 48 hours before the tour departure time. There is no extra fee for changing your booking. It may be impossible to rearrange your booking if you notify us less than 48 hours before your tour, but depending of the specific situation, we will do our best to find the best solution for you.

We, as the tour operator, have the right to cancel your booking any time in case of unforeseen circumstances which do not allow us to carry out our service. In that case we will let you know a.s.a.p. and we will offer you another date for booking.

Disclaimer

Please be aware that our tours take you outdoors and in different weather conditions. Take care of your clothing and boots according to the tour type and weather. You can always ask for detailed information or suggestions on how to dress.

When booking a tour you acknowledge that participation takes place at your own risk and insurance is not provided as a part of the service.

If a participant of the tour shows up intoxicated or is offensive towards other participants or the tour guide and will not follow her/his instructions punctually, promptly and without contradiction, we have the right to exclude her/him from the group without refund of tour fee.

In case our property is damaged by your misuse, you will be responsible for covering the repair costs. In case our property, given to you for use, has been lost, you will be obligated to cover the acquisition cost of a new item.

Neither the tour operator nor the tour guide is responsible for any damage to or loss of your personal property.

Other

All our tours can be in English or in Estonian.

In our tours we can’t serve participants with mobility impairment. Participants have to be in good health and physically fit. Every tour is 100% at your own risk.

The age limit for our tours is 12 years, except sleddog tours (minimum age 7 years). Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by at least 1 adult (18 years or older) to participate in our tours.
